  • Payment Data: We do not store credit card info. Payments are handled securely by Recurrente.

When you visit our website, we collect certain information via cookies and tracking pixels, including:

  • Google Gemini: When you upload an existing CV for extraction, the document is processed by Gemini. Please note that data sent via API may be subject to Google's data retention policies.
  • AI Generation: We send professional experience to our AI provider to draft content, but we omit your contact information (email, phone, address) during this specific step.
  • Supabase: Securely hosts our database and authentication.
  • Recurrente: Manages all billing and payment processing.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active.
  • Images/Media: Stored temporarily for CV rendering and deleted upon account removal.
  • User Rights: You may request the deletion of your account at any time. Upon deletion, all contact and professional information is wiped from our primary database.

7. International Data Transfers (GDPR)

While we are based in Guatemala, we strive to comply with global standards, including the GDPR:

  • Access & Portability: You can request a copy of your data.
  • Rectification: You can update inaccurate data.
  • Erasure: You have the "right to be forgotten" via account deletion.
